Sara Kharouf

Sara Kharouf is a Renewable Energy Engineer and Certified Energy Manager (CEM) with experience in energy auditing and solar energy system designs. Currently serving as an Energy Engineer at Abaad Contracting Company, she designs solar projects that prioritize efficiency and sustainability, contributing to a cleaner, more sustainable future.

In addition to her engineering role, Sara chairs the Palestine Chapter of the Council on Women in Energy & Environmental Leadership (CWEEL), advocating for greater representation and empowerment of women in the energy sector. Leveraging her engineering expertise, Sara adopts a holistic approach to women’s health as a certified hormone health coach. She empowers women to embrace their authentic selves and redefine leadership in ways that align with their multifaceted roles as mothers, sisters, and professionals. By integrating insights from holistic health practices, Sara encourages women to harness their natural cycles to enhance their productivity and professional performance. Through her guidance, she cultivates a sense of empowerment that enables women to excel in their careers, paving the way for new opportunities and overall well-being.
