Altramese Roberts-Tompkins has 10+ years of experience in facilities and environmental engineering. Her specialties include analytics, data management, performance tracking, reporting, target development, regression analysis, and benchmarking. Altramese has been with Toyota since 2016 and is currently a Senior Engineer (Regulatory Systems and Reporting) in Environmental Sustainability, where she is responsible for developing and executing an integrated, long-term data management strategy for North America. Formerly, as an Energy Data Specialist/Senior Engineer in Plant and Environmental Engineering, she supported 14 Toyota North American Manufacturing Companies (NAMCs) and Research and Development (R&D).

Prior to joining Toyota, Altramese worked as an Energy Analyst with Texas A&M Utilities and Energy Services where she led energy data management, building modeling, and reporting for a campus of over 24 million gross square feet. In 2011, as a part of the Texas A&M University’s Division of Administration Awards in Excellence, she was awarded the Outstanding Staff Award for her professionalism, commitment to excellence, and integrity.

Altramese is devoted to mentoring, building lasting relationships, respect for people, and encouraging youth, especially young girls and minorities, to pursue careers in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM). She currently serves on the Board of the Council for Women in Energy and Environmental Leadership (CWEEL) and is the U.S. Programs and Events Committee Chair.

Altramese holds a B.S. and M.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Detroit Mercy and Texas A&M University, respectively.
