About the Presenter:
Abby Lupi is the Senior Data Analyst at CareerVillage.org, where they direct Impact Research on the nonprofit’s AI-powered career navigation tool, Coach. Their work focuses on designing rigorous studies to understand how AI can equitably support career development and complement the work of human advisors. Abby is passionate about responsible AI, participatory research, and co-creating accessible solutions that improve people’s lives.
Outside of CareerVillage, Abby is pursuing a Master’s in Artificial Intelligence at Rochester Institute of Technology, where their studies center on responsible AI and the social impact of emerging technologies. They are also an interdisciplinary artist and an active community member of Rochester, NY.
