Defusing Cross-Generational Differences in the Workplace

CWEEL

May 31 @ 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm

For the first in our history, we have five different generations working side-by-side all driven by differing attitudes towards managing one’s own time, texting, social media, organizational structure, and even clothing preferences!  Without an understanding of what each generation wants, needs, and expects in the workplace, these differences can spark conflict making it challenging to maintain cohesive, productive, cross-generational teams.

Join us Friday, May 31st 2024 | 12:00p ET/9:00a PT for an energizing CWEEL Career Advancement discussion with Alyse Munishamaiah, LMSW where we’ll plug into:

  • How to identify the 5 generations currently in the workforce
  • Gaining a better understanding of what each generation is seeking in the workplace
  • Key practices to help defuse generational differences and improve intergenerational trust, productivity and communication
