The Council on Women in Environmental and Energy Leadership (CWEEL) is excited to announce our 2026 Digital Raffle, an annual fundraiser supporting scholarships for women pursuing leadership and careers in energy, sustainability, and related fields.
This year, we’re setting an ambitious goal: to double the number of scholarships we award next year. Every raffle ticket purchased helps us move closer to that goal—and gives you a chance to win an incredible energy-industry experience.
Scholarships Awarded
2026: $21,000 awarded to 18 individuals
2025: $14,000 awarded to 11 individuals
2024: $16,000 awarded to 13 individuals
How the Raffle Works
One ticket: $20
No limit on ticket purchases
After purchasing your ticket(s), you’ll designate which prize you would like your ticket(s) to be entered toward. You can purchase multiple tickets and enter them toward the same prize or spread your entries across multiple prizes.

When Are Winners Announced?
Winners will be announced at AEE World on Wednesday, September 16, 2026, at 6:00 PM.
You do not need to be present to win. Winners who are not in attendance will be contacted after the drawing.
