Cara is passionate about leadership rooted in personal integrity and purpose\, believing that each individual has the ability to define their path and find meaning through their work. \n\n\n\n			\n	\n	Kiersten Washle is a Portfolio Energy & Sustainability Manager at JLL\, where she develops sustainability strategies that help bring the built environment into greater harmony with the natural world. Her experience spans energy and carbon analysis\, net‑zero building design\, and large‑scale decarbonization planning for universities\, towns\, and enterprise clients. Kiersten holds multiple degrees in engineering and business\, along with professional accreditations including CEM\, LFA\, LEED Green Associate\, and ActiveScore AP. \n
